Pet Food Pantry Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Pet Food Pantry, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we've created a straightforward Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@petfoodpantry.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty product.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

  • Refund: We will issue a full refund for the damaged or faulty product.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@petfoodpantry.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the incorrect product.

We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our products before you purchase to help you make the right choice.

Exemptions

Certain products may be exempt from our return policy due to hygiene reasons or other factors. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened food products

  • Treats

  • Supplements

Return Shipping

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 to10 business days of receiving the returned product (if applicable) or confirming the issue. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
